Shipping policy

Due to exceptionally high demand, please allow 4–6 weeks for order processing and fulfillment. During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly beyond this window. Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days. International orders may take 6–10 weeks to arrive and may be subject to local duties or taxes.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier and marked as shipped, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or factors outside of our control.

We are also not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, including situations involving incorrect address entry, theft, or carrier error. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or last tracking update. While we are not obligated to replace or refund such orders, we may, at our discretion, assist with filing a carrier claim or provide a one-time courtesy resolution.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships (please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates). Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of purchase—once an order enters processing, changes cannot be made.
